How to repair tires with a cord?
1. Mark the damaged area of the tire with chalk, then remove the nail, screw, or other foreign object.
Insert the awl into the tire, paying attention to the angle of insertion into the tire.
Using chalk is necessary because after removing the nail or screw
we may "lose" the damaged spot on the tire.
2. Use the glue applicator to clean the punctured hole,
inserting it at an angle of the puncture and to speed up the vulcanization process,
use the activator by applying it to the glue applicator.
3. Thread the butyl cord around the middle of the awl,
then tightly insert the awl into the hole after puncturing,
so that the cord passes through all layers of the tire.
Repeat the motion according to the angle of damage. Remember that
the cord should protrude about 1 cm above the tread (cut off any excess cord if necessary).
4. Quickly pull the awl out of the tire, avoiding twisting the awl,
as this may break it.
5. The wheel is ready for use - just inflate it!
Please note, the kit is intended for emergency repairs, after self-repair.
it is always recommended to contact a specialized vulcanization plant
for diagnosis of the correctness of the repair!
