Payment

• Invoices are sent to your e-mail and payment can be made through internet banking.
• You can pay upon receipt of the goods (Express Pasts)
• You can make payment at our store located at Kārklu iela 8, Daugavpils, LV-5401
• After payment, a payment notification will be sent to your email.
• The goods will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer. Shipment of goods will take place within 2-3 working days from the moment of payment.
• Delivery within Latvia is carried out within 2-5 working days from the moment of payment (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays). We will notify you immediately of any possible delays in delivery. If the goods are not delivered to you on time, please contact us to find out the reasons for the delay. 

Where can I see our products?

• www.runtools.lv store is located at Kārklu iela 8, Daugavpils, LV-5401. The store is open Mon.-Fri. 09:00-17:00 and Sat. 09:00-15:00. Come and check out our product selection. Our salespeople will assist you with advice on choosing our products. If the product is purchased in the store, there is no possibility of returning it within 14 days.

• All information about customers and visitors to the runtools.lv website is confidential and will not be disclosed, except for delivery information for courier services or in other cases provided by law.
• An encrypted SSL channel protects all banking transactions and maintains the confidentiality of the buyer and their banking details; MIXA GROUPE SIA also does not have access to them.

Delivery

• Goods are shipped no later than 2-7 days after payment (according to the rules, the money should be transferred within 1-2 working days). The goods are packaged at the online store located at Kārklu iela 8, Daugavpils, LV-5401 and sent to the specified address. 
• The client is notified about the shipment of the goods.
