General ProvisionsProduct Warranty

• The warranty period begins from the day oftransferring/delivering the product to the buyer,and lasts for 12 months (forproducts intended for homeuse).

• The warranty covers technicalfailures throughout the entire warrantyperiod.

• The warranty period issuspended for the time during which thebuyer cannot use the product due to afailure that is being repaired under warranty.

• This warranty does not exclude orlimit the buyer's right touse other legalremedies in accordance with the law orthe contract.

  
  

Rights and Obligations ofthe Seller

• The seller is obliged to respond to a damage claim within 14 days to provide quality service and parts.

• The time for diagnosis and repair dependson the type of household appliance and the natureof the failures. Usually, it does not exceed14 calendar days. The actual repair timeis agreed upon when the appliance is acceptedfor warranty repair.

• The appliance for warrantyrepairs must be delivered to the storeat Kārklu iela 8, Daugavpils, LV-5401.

• For products intended forhome use, but purchased by a legalentity, a warranty period of12 months is established.

• This warranty does not coverexternal finish parts, light bulbs, andother parts and devices witha limited lifespan.

• The warranty does not coverdamages caused by the purchasedappliance to other items or equipment.

• The warranty is void in case ofloss of the receipt.

• The warranty does not coverdefects caused by changes inelectrical network voltage, due tothe impact of lightning, fire, flooding,and other force majeure circumstances.

• Sold products are not returnable.A product exchange or refund is possiblein case the technical failurecannot be repaired under warrantydue to lack of spare parts.

• The buyer has the right to withdraw fromthe sales contract and receivethe amount paid for the product ifthe product was not delivered to the buyer. Therefund period is no more than30 days after notification of withdrawal.

• If after the completion of repairwork the owner does not collect the appliance/device for more than 2 (two) months afternotifying the owner by an agreed method of communication, they thereby waive their rights to this appliance or device in favor of the seller, and the seller has the right to dispose of the owner's appliance or device, including selling it to cover expenses incurred as a result of repair and storage.

The warranty is void if

• The appliance was used for non-intended purposes;

• The appliance/device has mechanical damages;

• The household appliance was incorrectly and unprofessionally connected to the power supply system.

• During the operation of the appliance, there was a power interruption in the electrical network, which caused damage to this appliance;

• Liquid entered the switches or other electrical parts.

• The device/appliance was transported improperly, resulting in damage. In such a case, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the damage to the transport vehicle and the product.

Product Return

• The buyer has the right to exchange the product purchased online for an equivalent or return it within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use and damage.
• The product must be complete.
• Before sending the return, please notify us by email.

• Shipping costs for returning the product are paid by the buyer, or by agreement with the seller.
• Refunds occur at the earliest opportunity, but no later than 14 days from the date of return of the product. Money will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.

The seller is not responsible:

• For products damaged by the buyer.

• For using the product for unintended purposes.

• For damages incurred during transportation.

• If the usage instructions are not followed, improper care of the appliance, or overload occurs.

• If the installation and usage are incorrect or safety measures are not followed when connecting to the network.

• If the product was repaired by an incompetent person or service center.

• For reasons beyond the seller's control (accidents, storms, fire, lightning, voltage surges, short circuits, high humidity, etc.)

• For mechanical damages.

• Natural wear and tear.

Rights and Obligations of the Seller

• The seller has the right to make changes to the online store's guidelines without notifying the buyers, only by changing the information on the homepage.

• The seller may terminate the sales contract if the product has not been paid for in a timely manner.

• If for any reason the ordered product is not available in the store, the seller may replace it with an equivalent product with the buyer's consent.

• The seller is not responsible for any damages caused by technical reasons that arise when making a purchase online. Technical reasons include internet connection interruptions, server errors, etc.

• MIXA GROUPE SIA is not responsible for the delayed delivery of the ordered product due to the transport company's fault and also for reasons beyond its control.

• This sales contract is drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All misunderstandings should be resolved in accordance with the interests of the client, through negotiations, to find the best resolution.
