Description
The inverter welding machine 2in1 MIG+MMA 200A, 220V (STMIG/MMA200) is a multifunctional welding device built on the basis of the most advanced inverter technologies. Thanks to the use of inverter technology, the power consumption of the device and its dimensions are reduced, and efficiency increases by more than 30%.
This welding machine is designed for both wire welding in a protective gas environment and self-shielded wire (flux, without gas). When the welding torch is connected to the positive terminal and the grounding to the negative, the voltage increases during the welding process, which is used for MIG/MAG welding in a protective gas environment. Reverse polarity is used when welding with self-shielded wire, where high heat is not required during the welding process.
The main welding methods available on this equipment are:
mechanized welding in protective gas and mixtures (MIG and MAG);
mechanized welding with self-shielded flux-cored wire (FCAW).
Using these methods, the machines can perform welding and surfacing of all types of steels starting from 0.5 mm, aluminum, its alloys, and other metals from 1 mm, both in direct and reverse polarity. The cross-section of the wire used is 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0 mm. The maximum weight of the wire spool that can be installed on the machines is 5 kg.
An additional welding method is manual arc welding with a coated electrode (MMA) for metals and alloys with a thickness of 2.5 mm and above.
The machines have additional features that make the welding process more convenient and comfortable: wire burn-back adjustment, idle wire run button.
The device has the most modern working characteristics and ensures welding quality thanks to the use of the latest IGBT technology.
The main characteristics of this inverter machine are:
The machine uses an arc between the wire and the welded material as a heat source for melting the wire and processing the metal, and then supplies protective gas to the welding area, which forms the weld pool.
Its small size and light weight make the machine widely used for upholstery, repair work, and in field conditions.
Excellent arc ignition and metal transfer.
The presence of various protective devices protects the machine from overheating, overvoltage, voltage drops, excessive current, etc.
High performance. Thanks to the automatic wire feed, welding can be performed in a fast-speed mode.
There are no special requirements for the welding wire used. Both solid and flux wires are suitable. Wire diameter ranges from 0.6 to 1.0 mm.
Convenient connection. External connectors make connections safe, quick, and reliable.
MMA welding function. Performed with rutile or cellulose electrodes.
All current data values are displayed on the machine's digital display. This allows for constant monitoring of the operating mode and current welding parameters.
