Welding electrode Hyundai S7018.G with a main type of coating for welding high-strength steels of class 490 N/mm, used in the construction of bridges and structures in mechanical engineering.
S-7018.G is a coated electrode of the main type with low hydrogen content. The coating contains iron powder, which provides increased productivity. It ensures welding in all spatial positions.
Current: AC - alternating current; DC+ - direct current with reverse polarity
Preheating at 300~350°C for 60 minutes is required before use.
Welding should be performed with a short arc.
If necessary, use protective screens against wind.
