Auto-darkening welding helmet true color 100*60mm (YT-73934)

A welding visor with a True Color self-darkening filter that allows the welding arc to be observed in true colours. Certified welding filter in the highest optical class 1/1/1 with a large field of view of 100x60 mm and UV/IR protection. The durable polycarbonate glass protects the filter from splashes. Four arc sensors and high-precision electronics detect an electric arc from a TIG as low as 5A. The filter is powered by a solar cell and two replaceable CR2450 batteries.

The visor has an infinitely adjustable darkness level, sensitivity to the intensity of the light source, as well as how long the dark state is maintained after welding. A button on the filter disables the dimming function, in which case the helmet can be used as a means of personal protection against, for example, sparks from cutting or grinding metal. The four-point harness, thrusters, size and angle adjustment system guarantee a high level of comfort and adaptation of the helmet's position to individual requirements.

The self-darkening filters on YATO welding visors have a Test button to check the operation of the self-darkening function before welding. A routine of checking the filter every time will help protect the operator's eyes and health.
