Welding helmet digital true color filter (YT-73936)

Welding helmet with digitally controlled auto-darkening filter of the true color type. It allows observation of the welding arc in real colors. It has additional functions such as gradient and tack mode and guarantees maintaining precise settings even after many years of use.

It has 9 levels of shading and sensitivity to the intensity of light source. It allows switching time from dark to light state in the range from 0.05 to 2 seconds.

• certified welding filter in the highest optical class 1/1/1/1 ensures a large field of view of 100 x 53 mm and protection against UV/IR rays at DIN 13 level
• filter protected against splinters by a durable polycarbonate shield
• four arc sensors and precise electronics detect electric arc from TIG with an intensity of only 5 A
• powered by solar cell and CR2032 battery
• tack mode function causes the filter to transition from dark to intermediate state (DIN5) during spot welding, and if another spot weld does not start within 2 seconds, it transitions to light state (DIN 4)
• gradient function allows smooth transition from dark to light state - the field of view brightens relatively slowly and smoothly
• significant reduction of eye fatigue, important for professional welders and amateurs
• filter has a grinding mode, allowing the helmet to be used as individual protection, for example against sparks from cutting or grinding metal
• TEST button allows checking the correct operation of auto-darkening function for each shading level, which helps protect the operator's eyes and health with regular filter function checks
• helmet shell made of durable and non-flammable PA plastic
• four-point harness, sweatband, size and angle adjustment system allow adjusting the helmet position to individual requirements and ensure high work comfort
