  Rotational speed adjustment

  Set the spindle speed using the regulator. The dial of the regulator has numbers applied, the higher the number visible on the dial, the higher the speed of the spindle. Rotation adjustment is done smoothly and only the setting of the maximum speed is further indicated by the sound of the ratchet mechanism.
