Description

The initial hardening and thread protection occurs in about 20 minutes, with full hardening taking 24 hours.

When used on less active metals such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, and pure aluminum, the setting time may be longer. It is recommended for fastening screws from M6 to M25 in devices that do not require frequent disassembly. For disassembly, heat the area to a temperature above 150°C or apply significant force to break the connection.

It is recommended for use in cases where regular disassembly of parts is not required. The breaking torque for M10 screws is 22 Nm.

Bolts of moving parts and other elements subjected to high loads – rarely disassembled.
