Anti-screw agent durable red 6ml (20-A89 MA)

Preparation for securing threads against unwanted loosening, achieving high strength. Prevents loosening of parts subjected to vibrations. Ideal for permanent fastening of non-detachable connections in cylinder blocks and pump housings. The product hardens when placed between tightly fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air. Temperature resistance up to 149°C.

Initial hardening occurs in about 20 minutes, complete hardening after 24 hours.

When used on less active metals, such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, and pure aluminum, the curing time may be longer. Recommended for fastening screws from M6 to M25 in devices that do not require frequent disassembly. For disassembly, heat the area to a temperature above 150°C or apply significant force to break the connection.

Recommended for use in cases where regular disassembly of parts is not required. Breaking torque for M10 screws: 22 Nm.

Bolts of moving parts and other elements subjected to high loads – rarely disassembled.
