COMMON RAIL INJECTOR TESTER M57685

Designed for diagnosing Common Rail injection systems in compression ignition engines. The injector kit allows for measurements of the injection systems Bosch, Siemens, Denso, Delphi in engines with up to six cylinders.

The kit for diagnosing overflow of COMMON RAIL injectors is equipped with nozzles for all currently produced Common Rail systems, i.e.

• Delphi
• Siemens

The device is intended for diagnosing diesel engine injectors with no more than 6 cylinders, equipped with a Common Rail fuel supply system.

This allows for easy and quick diagnosis of injectors based on measuring the amount of fuel ejected during injector overflow, simplifying the identification of any damage, contamination, or leaks in the injectors.

The diagnosis involves connecting probes or test strips using appropriate adapters to the overflow pipes of the injectors and comparing the amount of fuel supplied by individual injectors. Supplying a greater or lesser amount of fuel by any injector indicates its malfunction. It can be used during engine start-up or while it is running simultaneously on 6 cylinders.
