Soldering station for 245 tips designed for mobile work. The device is powered by batteries from the YATO 18 V system, allowing it to operate in locations where access to mains power is limited. The color display enables convenient monitoring of parameters, while temperature adjustment and calibration allow settings to be tailored to the type of components being soldered.

The use of 245 tips ensures very fast heating and efficient temperature stabilization. Heating the tip to 350°C takes less than 5 seconds. The station is also equipped with sleep and automatic shutdown functions, as well as three memory channels for settings, which facilitate quick switching between saved soldering parameters.

The 245 tips, like the T12 tips, combine a resistance wire embedded in ceramic, a temperature sensor, and a high-quality soldering tip. The 245 and T12 tips differ, among other things, in maximum power – the 245 tips are equipped with a heater that is nearly three times more powerful. This means that with the appropriate power and control source, both heating and temperature stabilization are significantly faster.
