Short hand riveter for aluminum rivets, 200mm length (11Y005)

The riveting tool is one of the most useful tools in every workshop or household. It allows workpieces to be joined together quickly and permanently by pressing and spreading a metal mandrel through a hole in two joined material surfaces. The DEDRA 11Y005 compact aluminium riveting die with its shortened arms allows convenient and efficient work in confined spaces. The bent arms allow for shorter lever action.The interchangeable tips allow the diameter of the rivet to be matched to a specific hole. The 4 interchangeable nosepieces are mounted in the body of the riveting tool so that they are always close at hand andare difficult to lose. The riveting die has a locking mechanism for easy transport and storage. The body of the riveting tool is made of steel for excellent strength and rigidity. The 200 mm long arms allow for efficient working. The handles are finished in a plastic material for increased comfort. The riveting jaws are made of new chrome molybdenum steel (20CrM o), which provides greater strength and flexibility than traditional steel (less brittle, less prone to breakage).
