The 16'' long guide bar and high chain speed make it possible to cut firewood, felling trees with a trunk thickness of up to 40cm, or clearing land for construction or cutting roof trusses on a construction site.
Powered by two 18V batteries at the same time, it generates a high voltage of up to 36V and a long working time for the tool on a single charge of a pair of batteries.
Paralleling the amount of energy available to the Yato saw, we multiply 36V x 4Ah = 144Wh (Watt-hours)
This is a much higher stored current capacity than, for example, in a regular 18V device equipped with a 2Ah battery, because 18V x 2Ah = 36Wh
