Seal kit for compressor 24L and 50L (CG80300/01A)

The set includes three types of gaskets:

1. Cylinder head gasket: This gasket is located between the compressor head and the cylinder block. Its main task is to prevent air leaks during gas compression. The cylinder head gasket is a key element in maintaining the efficiency of the compressor.

2. Cylinder gasket: The cylinder gasket is located around the compressor cylinder and ensures tightness between the cylinder and the housing. It prevents air and gas leaks during compression, which affects the efficiency of the compressor.

3. Crankcase-cylinder gasket: This gasket is used in the area where the crankcase (shell) connects with the cylinder. Its task is to ensure tightness at this critical connection.

Material and characteristics:

• Oil resistance: The material used for manufacturing the gaskets is oil-resistant, meaning it is resistant to contact with oil and other substances used in compressors. This ensures the durability and efficiency of the gaskets over time.

• Suitable for operation in pressure ranges: These gaskets are designed to operate in the pressure ranges used in piston compressors. As a result, they maintain their functionality even when working under challenging conditions.

• Made from gasket sheet: The material from which these gaskets are made is usually a gasket sheet, which is a flexible and durable option for creating tight connections in compressors.

The gaskets are suitable for Geko 24l and 50l oil compressors and others.
