The spray gun operates at low pressure (from 1 atm) and requires about 270-420 liters of air per minute. The device is equipped with adjustments for air pressure, paint quantity, and spray pattern, making it user-friendly.

The HVLP spray gun is created with the user's needs in mind: it is set to lower pressure, allowing for up to 30% savings on lacquer. A suitable compressed air system with adjustable pressure up to 0.3 MPa is required for operation. The working principle is based on drawing compressed air with the necessary amount of paint from the emulsion paint tank and forming a spray (paint and gas particles) at the nozzle exit of the spray gun. The mist evenly covers the painted surface with a dense layer of lacquer.
