Description
The gun is made using HVLP technology - adapted to lower pressure, which allows saving up to 30% of paint. A suitable pneumatic system with compressed air and adjustable pressure up to 0.3 MPa is required to operate the gun.
The principle of operation of the device is based on the suction of the corresponding amount of lacquer emulsion from the paint container by compressed air and the formation of a lacquer mist (particles of paint and gas) at the nozzle exit of the gun.

A quality spray gun with three adjustments: air, paint, and spray. The gun is equipped with an independent actuator for the supply of air and paint. Thanks to this solution, after a light pull of the trigger, compressed air bursts from the nozzle, and then, after increasing the pressure on the trigger, paint follows. This greatly affects the quality of painting.
The gun has adjustments for air pressure, lacquer quantity, and paint - lacquer spray shape.
