Step drill HSS TiAlN with a drilling diameter from 4 to 39 mm. Designed for drilling non-ferrous metals, sheet steel, and plastics.

The drill is made of high-speed steel HSS with enhanced cutting ability and wear resistance. Coating TiAlN (aluminum and titanium nitride).

Drills coated with TiAlN are intended, in particular, for machining hard-to-machine materials and where the drill will be subjected to high thermal loads due to the inability to use cutting fluid or limited supply of cutting fluid. This coating significantly increases the wear resistance of the drills and allows for increased cutting speed.

The drill was packaged in a plastic container with a hole for hanging on a hook.
