The Confirmat Drill Bit is an essential tool for drilling holes in furniture boards for assembly screws. Its special design allows for simultaneous drilling and countersinking, creating space for the confirmat screw head, which typically has a recessed hex key (HEX) slot. This ensures secure connections between furniture boards while maintaining a flush surface with no protruding elements. The drilling depth can be adjusted by loosening the locking screw on the countersink part of the drill bit. Once the desired depth is set, the screw is retightened. This allows for adjustable drilling depth in the range of 30-45mm. The confirmat drill bit is suitable for drilling in wood and wood-based materials like furniture boards.
