Description
High-quality anti-corrosion agent in liquid form based on synthetic resins and rubber
It is intended for the outer and inner surfaces of the car body, underbody, wheel arches, fenders, lower surfaces of the car sills, etc.
Suitable for treating the inner surfaces of bodies, doors, and amplifier housings
For professional body repair, it is used to protect weld seams from the inside, to protect the inner surfaces of new bodies, as well as for treating fenders, doors, hoods, trunks, etc.
Functions:
Forms a strong, smooth, non-washable elastic film (can be applied in a thick layer without streaking and self-leveling, and scratches on it have the property of healing themselves), resistant to mechanical impacts, moisture, salts, acids, and alkalis after drying
Effectively penetrates into the smallest cracks, displacing water from cracks, gaps, and joints between body plates, forming a waterproof layer
Does not lose its properties at extremely high temperatures – does not peel off and adheres reliably to hot surfaces
Neutral to metals, plastics, rubber, and paint coatings
Resistant to extremely low temperatures, retains plasticity and does not crack
It has sound insulation and anti-vibration properties, significantly reducing road noise and vibration of body elements, thereby increasing driving comfort
The declared properties are acquired after complete drying
Application: before applying the agent, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned of rust, dirt and dust, grease, oil, and other organic contaminants
We recommend using brake cleaner to remove grease
For best results, it is recommended to apply the agent at room temperature
The agent is applied using a spray gun with a compressor at a pressure of 2-8 bar (depending on the desired fineness of the spray)
Shake the can well before use
After pouring the product into the spray container, immediately close the dispenser, as the film forms on the surface of the product very quickly
Spray in a layer up to 1.5 mm from a distance of about 20 - 30 cm from the surface
Resistance to abrasion and corrosion increases with the thickness of the coating
For this reason, the spraying process should be repeated one or two times after a short (1-2 min.) drying
To achieve an even coating and avoid untreated areas, spraying should be done across
The coating is not subject to further painting
Depending on the thickness of the layer and weather conditions, the car is ready to move again in about 2 hours
Final drying takes 12-24 hours
