Description
Multifunctional waterproof grease based on refined mineral oil with a mixed thickener of lithium-calcium soap and synthetic esters, as well as special adhesion, antioxidant, and anti-corrosion additives.
Functions:
- The presence of synthetic esters significantly enhances the anti-wear, adhesion, and friction properties of the grease;
- Maintains operability from -30 °C to +120 °C, extending the service life of friction units;
- The use of cations of different metals in the thickener increases protective properties;
- Reliably protects bearings and other parts from corrosion in humid and dirty environments for a long service life;
- Effectively reduces friction and wear;
- Resistant to hot and cold water, fully withstands exposure to seawater, has water-repellent and sealing properties;
- Adheres well to metals, forming a strong, waterproof, heat- and dirt-repellent lubricating film that extends intervals and reduces maintenance costs;
- Resistant to softening, aging, and oxidation. Has good thermal and mechanical stability. Maintains stability to temperature fluctuations;
- Meets a number of requirements, allowing the use of one grease in most devices;
- The consistency of the grease remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture.
Application: For industrial equipment operating in humid conditions. Also used as a universal grease with anti-scratch properties, intended for off-road vehicles where constant contact of water with the grease is common.
Suitable for servicing water mechanisms, wheel bearings, ball bearings, swivel joints, universal joint fingers, cables and pulleys, winches, and other friction units where moisture exposure may occur.
