Description
Multifunctional water-repellent grease based on refined mineral oil with a thickener made from mixed lithium/calcium soap and synthetic esters, as well as special additives to improve adhesion, antioxidant, and corrosion protection.
Properties:
- The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, adhesive, and friction properties of the grease;
- Maintains operational properties at temperatures from -30 °C to +120 °C, extending the service life of friction units;
- The use of cations of various metals in the thickener enhances protective properties;
- Reliably protects bearings and other parts from corrosion in wet and dirty environments for an extended period of operation;
- Effectively reduces friction and wear;
- Resistant to hot and cold water, completely unaffected by seawater, has water-repellent and sealing properties;
- Adheres well to metals, forming a durable lubricating film that is resistant to water, temperature, and contaminants, which increases intervals and reduces maintenance costs;
- Resistant to softening, aging, and oxidation. Has good thermal and mechanical stability. Remains stable under temperature fluctuations;
- Meets numerous requirements, allowing for the use of a single lubricant in most devices;
- The consistency of the grease remains stable during long-term storage. Shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture.
Application: For industrial equipment operating in wet conditions. Also used as a universal lubricant with anti-scratch properties, designed for off-road vehicles where there is constant contact of the lubricant with water.
Suitable for servicing water mechanisms, wheel bearings, ball bearings, joints, splined shafts, cables and pulleys, winches, and other friction units where moisture exposure may occur.
