YATO 130mm hamburger machine This device is extremely useful in any catering establishment specializing in preparing hamburgers both from minced meat and from fish or vegetables. All YATO food contact elements are made of stainless steel. This makes it very easy to keep them clean and guarantees a high level of hygiene. The lower housing is made of anodized aluminum, which provides a solid construction and long lasting use. Thanks to its special form and design the device forms burgers with a diameter of 130mm. Filling the cartridge with a portion of the cartridge always produces a uniform, round shape, ensuring perfect repeatability. In addition, the machine has a built-in paper disc holder for separating the prepared burgers from each other. This prevents them from sticking and protects them from direct contact with hands, thereby significantly increasing the level of work hygiene. Placing the container directly at the press allows much faster work and increased efficiency. The machine is equipped with four non-slip rubber feet that provide stability and prevent movement during operation.
