In this machine for replacing transmission flushing fluid, the flow direction is automatically controlled, and the machine for replacing flushing oil has an equal volume replacement system. The power of the transmission and heat exchanger is easily used for oil replacement. Efficiency is indicated when it acts on what you want to remove, such as grease and metal seals. You can use it and easily install it. You can't miss this! How to use:
1. Pour a new barrel of oil into the 12-liter automatic transmission barrel. Turn the left switch valve to "PRESSURE" and the right to "RECYCLE". If external new oil is required, connect the transparent hose and external new oil "FILL" and turn the right switch valve to "FILL".
2. Learn how to cool the oil Vita ATF.
3. Temporarily start the engine and assess the direction of oil exit and entry from both sides.
4. Connect the cooling oil hose and the spherical valve, connect the red oil outlet valve to the native machine "RETURN", while the inlet oil hose is connected to the blue plastic oil hose of the native machine "PRESSURE".
5. Shake the roof of the car, as each impulse transmission needs to work.
6. Connect the compressor and the "AIR" connection.
7. Start the engine, the gearbox switch returns the used oil to the ATF barrel back into the used oil barrel of the native machine up to 3-4 liters.
8. Switch the spherical valve of the red oil outlet hose, turn on the switch valve of the native machine (the "+" direction means increasing the volume, the "-" direction means decreasing the volume), first adjust the pressure to 30 pounds per square inch, then start to fill the transmission with new oil, the automatic speed adjustment box then starts to replace the new and used barrel, deciding to increase or decrease the pressure.
9. The machine's "NEW OIL" viewing window – through which new oil passes, the used oil viewing window "USEDOIL" – through which used oil from the transmission passes.
10. Pay attention to the change in volume and color of the oil in the used oil viewing window "USED OIL", then we can adjust the volume at any time to meet the oil volume requirement in the transmission until the oil at the outlet changes from dirty to the color of new oil.
11. When replacing new oil for used oil, all gears are switched. Stay for 5-10 seconds depending on the color of the face.
12. Connect the transmission hose, start the engine, fill the oil catch "P", pour ATF oil depending on the oil level, while checking for oil leaks. When the oil level is sufficient, check every mile when attempting to drive (which is absolutely necessary).
