The inverter welding machine is used for MIG/MAG welding. The device's electronics are based on IGBT transistors, which combine the advantages of two types of transistors: the ease of control of field-effect transistors and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The device is widely used, for example, for outdoor work and all types of repair work inside buildings with good ventilation. It is suitable for all types of welding work in locksmith shops, repair shops, sheet metal shops, on farms, in garages, etc.
Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) is a welding method similar to the MIG/MAG method, with the difference that the wire is filled with flux (external shielding) or a chemical substance that releases protective gas during welding (internal shielding). Alloyed steels are also welded using this method. For welding alloyed steels, wire with a metal core is used, which contains metal powders such as nickel, chromium, etc., in addition to the flux.
