The welding semi-automatic from Powermat has a very wide range of applications. It allows for effective welding of various groups of materials of different thicknesses. The device is based on IGBT transistor technology, which consumes less electricity and has increased resistance to interference and voltage fluctuations, as well as good arc characteristics. The welding current is very stable, ensuring flawless welding. The wire feed is fully automatic.
Features of the welding semi-automatic:
ANTISTICKING - a system that prevents the electrode from sticking. The electrode no longer sticks and does not turn red, as in conventional machines.
HOT START - facilitates arc ignition. The HOT START function sends a current pulse at the moment the electrode contacts the workpiece, making it easier to ignite the arc.
ARC FORCE - maintains a stable welding arc. The ARC FORCE function is necessary to prevent electrode sticking and to enhance arc stability - at the moment of droplet detachment, the current automatically increases to an optimal value, preventing electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is important when working with critical structures and when using electrodes with basic, acid, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
