The Powermat PM-IMGTS-210S SYNERGY semi-automatic welder has a very wide range of applications. It allows for effective welding of various groups of materials of different thicknesses. The welding machine is based on IGBT transistor technology, which ensures lower energy consumption, high resistance to interference and voltage fluctuations, and good arc characteristics. IGBT technology makes the machine lighter and more economical, with an efficiency of up to 60%. The control panel is easy to operate, giving the operator quick access to all functions. The machine is equipped with a synergistic welding function that allows for the highest quality welds on all welded materials - especially on stainless steel and aluminum.
Built-in automatic functions make work easier:
HOT START allows temporarily increasing the welding current above the value set by the welder. The HOT START function operates during arc ignition and is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. This is very helpful when igniting the electrode.
The ANTI STICK function prevents the electrode from sticking.
ARC FORCE maintains a stable welding arc. The ARC FORCE function is necessary to prevent electrode sticking and to enhance arc stability - at the moment when a droplet detaches from the electrode metal, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, preventing electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is important when working with critical structures and when using electrodes with basic, acidic, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
