HYUNDAI S-NFC Electrodes Ø4.0x350 (2.5KG)

S-NFC is a coated electrode with a graphite-type coating and a core made of iron-nickel alloy: 55%Ni-Fe. The deposited metal has excellent crack resistance. The increase in hardness of the deposited metal is less significant compared to the use of electrodes marked S-FCF.

1. Welding is recommended to be performed at the minimally possible welding current values.
2. Welding should be done with short seams, less than 50mm in length.
3. Use preheating up to 100~200 oC. The final temperature depends on the shape and size of the workpiece, as well as the grade of the base metal.
