Purpose
The tool is used for machining wood with burrs guided from the top of the material along its surface. You can also machine wood-based materials such as MDF, particleboard, plywood, etc.
Dust extraction system
As a dust extraction system, an industrial vacuum cleaner can be used.
The dust installation adapter consists of two components:

The guide facilitates the milling of straight edges or rebates. It consists of a stop plate and two rods.

The guide facilitates the milling of circles and arcs. The guide consists of one rod and a clamp with a needle.
Stroke of the milling unit
The milling unit stroke is used to set the milling depth. The setting value is visible in the housing window.
Micrometer knob
The depth gauge also has a micrometer knob that enables precise milling depth setting using an additional rod that extends from the depth gauge. The rotation of the knob is graduated in millimeters of the length of the rod extension.
Rotation speed adjustment
The milling machine enables infinitely adjustable speed within the range shown in the technical data table. The speed is set with a knob.
The higher the visible number, the higher the speed. The speed should be selected depending on the type of material to be processed and the diameter of the cutter. The smaller the diameter of the cutter and the harder the wood, the higher speed you can set.
