The milling machine is used for processing wood and wood-based materials with burrs. Equipping the milling machine with guides facilitates milling in a straight line and on a curve.

Universal milling machine (trimmer) for chamfering edges of boards and furniture panels (one-handed or both-handed), as well as milling grooves or setting canned hinges in furniture. Purpose of the milling machine

The tool is used to machine wood with burrs guided from the top of the material along its surface. You can also machine wood-based materials:

Setting speed

The milling machine allows infinitely adjustable speed. The speed is set with a dial, the higher the visible number the higher the speed. The speed should be selected in accordance with the type of material to be processed and the diameter of the cutter. The smaller the diameter of the cutter and the harder the wood, the higher speed can be set.

Smooth startup

The device has a so-called "soft start," which means that it reaches the maximum or set speed gradually accelerating. This protects the user from a sudden jerk from the device, which can lead to a loss of control over the tool during startup.

Working attachments

The milling machine is equipped with three working attachments:

• for straight milling
• for angle milling
• for plunge milling

Right milling

The straight milling attachment allows you to attach two guides. A parallel milling guide and a roller guide. Both guides have adjustment knobs to set the working parameters.

The attachment also allows mounting an adapter for external installation of dust extraction generated during work, such as with an industrial vacuum cleaner.

Angle milling

The milling angle is set by loosening the knob. After setting the angle, the knob must be tightened so that the milling angle does not change by itself during operation. A scale located at the knob makes it easy to set the milling angle.

Depth milling

The attachment allows the installation of a parallel milling guide. After unlocking the lever it is possible to set the milling depth or the milling stroke. Setting the depth or range of motion is possible with a turret switch located in the base of the attachment, as well as with a depth gauge located in the top of the attachment, precision settings are provided by a micrometer knob located on the top of the depth gauge
