PE Film Sealer DEDRA DED7525 is designed for sealing polyethylene (PE) films in a process known as welding. This type of sealing is commonly used in the food, cosmetic, and medical industries to package products in airtight and moisture-proof containers, protecting them from contamination.
How to Use:
Setup: Connect the device to the power supply and allow it to heat up.
Preparation: Place a 2m x 50mm Teflon strip on the film.
Sealing: Hold the sealer and move the aluminum slider over the Teflon strip. Adjust the speed and pressure to achieve a satisfactory seal quality.
Finishing: After moving the slider, wait briefly before removing the Teflon strip.
Note: The Teflon strip is not included with the device.
