The YT-82456 soldering station with a large 3.5" LCD display, temperature control and a number of functions to help you make proper soldering connections. The station supports the 908D soldering flask suitable for the very popular 900M series interchangeable grotós.
The YT-82456 soldering station is made with ESD-safe, whichóra guarantees no accumulation of excess electrostatic charge on the housing. This reduces the risk of damage to sensitive SMD circuitsós, for example. It heats up to an operating temperature of 350°C in about 25 seconds.
The Temperature Stabilization function allows you to maintain the set temperature of the soldering tip under different conditions of heat demand to make a proper soldering joint. The soldering tip, depending on the size of the soldering element and the soldering field, gives off more or less heat, and the device, with the help of a tip temperature sensor built into the heater, constantly reads its real value and correlates it to the set temperature, then, depending on the needs, increases or decreases the power consumption to maintain the set temperature. The best effect of this function will be obtained by selecting a blade with an inside diameter as close as possible to the diameter of the heater. We recommend arrowheads with an inside diameter in the range of 4.0 to 4.5 mm
The temperature calibration function allows you to recalibrate the built-in temperature sensor. Depending on the quality, size and wear of the arrowhead, the discerning user with the help of the temperature measuring device can calibrate the sensor himself. The correct reading not only has a positive effect on temperature stabilization, but also helps the experienced user avoid the error of overheating the connection in PCBs.
The hibernation function of the device allows the station to go into standby mode, whichóry automatically reduces the operating temperature to 200°C. This avoids unnecessary heating of the blade, which significantly prolongs its life. Model YT-82456 allows you to set the time of operator inactivity after which the station will go into standby mode from 1 to 240 minutes. Heating the arrowhead from 200°C to 350°C takes about 5 seconds!
The Sensor Failure Detection function allows auto-diagnosis of the electronic systemsóC necessary for proper operation of the device. The station, after switching on the power button, undergoes self-diagnosis and displays an error message in case of problemsós.
The settings memory function allows saving favorite temperature settings to three memory channels. Once saved, the operator can quicklyób switch to previously saved settings.
The device lock function allows the operator to lock the ability to change settings. The operator can lock out anyone not knowing the three-digit password from changing their settings after they have entered them.
The sonic operation signaling function allows you to enable or disable the audible signaling of the unit's readiness for operation. The station will signal with a single beep that it is ready to operate at the set temperature.
