Description
Copper Spray – a universal separating copper aerosol lubricant designed for various equipment components operating under any loads (including high ones) and exposed to high temperatures and/or increased humidity and/or aggressive environments. It is used to ensure easy disassembly of joints after prolonged use. It eliminates their connection to each other under the influence of various factors.
Functions:
- maximum resistance to high temperature exposure;
- copper powder effectively coats treated surfaces and gives them excellent lubricating properties;
- excellent separation of metals and alloys in any combinations;
- effectively protects against various types of corrosion;
- excellent adhesion, does not separate or splatter even at high rotational speeds of the treated surface;
- reduces noise, squeaks, and vibrations;
- resistant to hot and salty water;
- prevents welding of contact surfaces, spurs, and carbon deposits;
- Universal.
Example of use:
- Repair of all types of brake systems (discs, drums, etc.) and noise reduction (squeaking);
- Lubrication and corrosion protection of propeller shaft connections, movable bolt pairs, hubs, spark plug threads, threaded connections, screws, bolts, etc.;
- Separating lubrication for thermally loaded parts (exhaust systems, heat exchangers, boiler connections, turbines, and other thermal equipment) and protection against welding, burning, and seizing.
Application: Thoroughly clean (if necessary, metallic) contaminated contact surfaces from rust, carbon, oxides, deposits, etc. degrease. Shake the can vigorously. Apply MANNOL copper spray in the required amount according to the care instructions. After application, clean the spray head and nozzle. You can use the can until it starts to blow out pure aerosol gas.
