Description
Contact Cleaner is a special cleaning agent designed for the quick and effective cleaning and degreasing of contaminated and rusty electrical contacts of all types.
Ideal for:
- cleaning electrical nodes and contacts of cars, electronic circuit boards and terminal blocks, lamp sockets, cable lines, communication relays, switches, ignition distributors, starters, generators, fuses, etc.;
- sockets, terminals, electrical distribution devices, battery contacts in industry and household;
- audiovisual equipment, office and commercial electrical equipment – cash registers, electronic scales, scanners, etc.
Functions:
- Quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly cleans electrical contacts and joints, as well as electronic components from grease and oil films, oxides, phosphates, dust, and other insulating contaminants. Reduces the electrical resistance of contacts, thereby reducing power losses in electrical equipment and stabilizing voltage;
- Displaces moisture, forming a water-repellent film;
- Evaporates quickly, leaving no residue and eliminating current leaks and short circuits;
- Provides long-lasting protection for electrical contacts against oxidation while maintaining their conductivity;
- Due to its high penetrating ability, it enhances the efficiency and reliability of electronic systems and electrical equipment, preventing breakdowns and failures;
- Safe for plastic and rubber parts, as well as paint coatings, in addition to silicone;
- Can be used for degreasing metal surfaces.
Application:
Before cleaning, disconnect the electrical circuit. Spray MANNOL Contact Cleaner on the contamination and let it act for 5-10 minutes, depending on the intensity of the contamination. Remove the dissolved dirt with a cloth or brush. Wipe away excess product with a damp cloth. If it comes into contact with the surface of plastic and lacquered parts, wipe the composition with a damp cloth. Wait 10 minutes for the solvent residues to evaporate before reconnecting to the electrical circuit.
