Description
Transmission oil ISO 220 transmission oil
Industrial mineral transmission oil for use in the gearboxes of modern imported and household appliances that require the use of high-quality oils with improved wear-resistant and abrasive properties EP (Extreme Pressure).
Product features:
- Has excellent wear-resistant and friction properties due to the use of modern packaging of anti-friction additives. This reduces the likelihood of scratches, dents, scratch corrosion, sulfur corrosion, while also lowering energy costs. This extends the service life;
- Has excellent antioxidant, foaming, and demulsifying properties, which allow for extended oil change intervals and prolong the service life of equipment even in the event of water contamination. This reduces repair and maintenance costs;
- Effectively reduces corrosion of all types of alloys of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and works well with all types of sealants and liners;
- Thanks to good low-temperature properties, maintains operability at low ambient temperatures (down to -28 °C);
- Due to its versatility, allows for the standardization of the range of diluting oils used in the enterprise;
- Improves surface condition, even if damaged, has a micro-smoothing effect.
Recommended for industrial enclosed gearboxes (reducers), lubricated by circulation or spraying (oil mist), especially under high loads and high temperatures, vibration, high speeds, and sliding friction. Can be used to lubricate various mechanisms and individual parts operating under heavy loads: for all types of drive systems (including worm and screw), clutches, and all types of bearings: roller, friction, etc., where a performance level is required. DIN 51517 Part 3 CLP, and viscosity ISO VG 220.
Meets the following requirements: viscosity class ISO 220, DIN 51517-3, ISO 6743-6 (CKC), ISO 12925-1 type CKC, ISO 12925-1 type CKD, ANSI AGMA 252.04, US STEEL 224
