Inside the container is a built-in tank made of high quality stainless steel, so it is resistant to organic acids and easy to keep clean. Between the tank and the walls a special heat-insulating layer is placed, keeping the temperature for many hours. In the case of hot content the loss of heat is only 5 ° C within 4h. In case of cold content, the temperature increase is only 3 ° C within 4h. The thermal insulation performance of the container classifies it as the most effective food catering tool in the industry. A special decompression valve is also provided in the thermos, which facilitates opening and eliminates the problem of aspirating the lid when transporting hot products.
