Warranty:
The warranty for the voltage converter (inverter) is effective from the moment we (the seller) receive the serial number of the inverter, the purchase invoice, and the certificate from a certified electrician regarding the installation of:
1) Lightning protection and surge protector (at the input)
2) Lightning protection (between solar panels and inverter)
3) DC switch between panels and inverter
4) Special grounding for solar panels, separate from the house grounding.
A 5-year (60-month) manufacturer’s warranty begins from the date of purchase but is only valid after these documents are provided.
Note: Lightning strikes are not a valid warranty case; they are classified as an insurance case.
