The DEDRA DED7518L polystyrene cutting device is designed for cutting extruded polystyrene (XPS) and EPS derivatives

Cutting in the device is carried out using a heated nichrome wire, allowing effective and precise cutting. This wire is characterized by excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, efficiently conducts heat, and is less prone to mechanical damage, ensuring high cutting quality and long durability, leading to lower operating costs

The ability to lock the wire at any height allows for adjusting the cutting height, enabling so-called board shading. This technique involves cutting parallel to the tabletop surface, allowing material of varying thickness to be obtained from a single board

A stable construction made of stainless steel and aluminum minimizes vibrations during cutting, resulting in greater precision and accuracy. Additionally, the machine's tabletop is equipped with a metric scale, enabling precise measurements and accurate dimensions

The package includes two additional cutting wires and a spare power supply
