Warranty:
The warranty for the voltage converter (inverter) is valid from the moment we (the seller) receive the serial number of the inverter, the purchase invoice, and the certificate from a certified electrician regarding the installation:
1) Lightning protection and surge protector (at the input)
2) Lightning protection (between solar panels and inverter)
3) DC disconnect switch between panels and inverter
4) Special grounding for solar panels, separate from the house grounding.
A 10-year (120-month) manufacturer’s warranty begins on the day of purchase but is only valid after providing these documents.
Note: Lightning strikes are not considered a valid warranty case; they are classified as an insurance case.
