Warranty:
The warranty for the voltage converter (inverter) is valid from the moment we (the seller) receive the serial number of the inverter, the invoice for the purchase, and the certificate from a certified electrician regarding the installation:
1) Lightning protection and surge protector (at the input)
2) Lightning protection (between solar panels and inverter)
3) DC switch between panels and inverter
4) Special grounding for solar panels, separate from the house grounding.
The 10-year (120-month) manufacturer’s warranty begins on the day of purchase but comes into effect only after these documents are provided.
Note: Lightning strikes are not considered a valid warranty case; they are classified as an insurance case.
